Bobby Feisee, Esq.
President of InSight Law, adjunct professor at George Mason Law School, and a nationally recognized estate planning attorney — serving as BRIM’s dedicated estate and trust planning partner.
Protecting What Matters Most
Bobby Feisee’s path to estate planning was deeply personal. After his father was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, Bobby discovered firsthand what happens when an estate plan is built from boilerplate forms with no coordination between attorney and financial advisor. The experience transformed his career — he left Morgan Stanley’s financial advisory practice to dedicate himself entirely to estate planning, founding InSight Law in 2007.
Today, Bobby is President of InSight Law, an adjunct professor at George Mason Law School, and an elected Board Member of the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, where he speaks nationally on the latest techniques and innovations in the field. He holds certifications as a Certified Legacy Advisor™ and is a member of the Purposeful Planning Collaboration.
As BRIM’s estate and trust planning partner, Bobby works directly with Christopher Passarelli to ensure every client’s investment strategy and estate plan are fully integrated — coordinating trust design, wealth transfer strategies, beneficiary designations, and asset protection across all jurisdictions where clients hold assets.
